Tonbridge station platforms recieved a visit from students and staff of the Oaks College in Tonbridge. The group were delivering their custom made planters to platform three which they also planted-up with a variety of colourful plants for passengers and staff to enjoy.
The group have further offered to weed, re-plant and provide on-going care for the verge that runs along the emergency exit of platform three.
This is a very kind offer from the staff and students and a great example of the community engaging with their local station.
