On Saturday 1st August, we held a community-focused family event designed to celebrate biodiversity, promote sustainable living, and inspire eco-friendly habits. Through interactive activities, and entertainment, the families learnt how small actions can make a big difference for our planet.

We had lots of enjoyable activities such as a bug hunt, building bug hotels, making bird feeders, eco-crafts and plant and vegetable giveaways. We provided practical tips and tools for sustainable living and raised awareness about local biodiversity and the importance of protecting it.

Feedback received ‘absolutely loved it!’, ‘today helped me learn about nature’, ‘I enjoyed being outdoors’, I feel happy’.
