Brighton Toy & Model Museum

A treasure trove of toys and models. Located under the arches of Brighton Station, it has over ten thousand toys and models on display, focusing on the first half of the twentieth century and including world class model train collections and period antique toys such as meccano, puppets, and the largest Triang collection in the world.

Coastguard Cottages

Seaford Head Nature Reserve is home to many nationally important species of plants, birds and insects. Relax with a peaceful walk past the world renowned view of the Coastguard Cottages, Seven Sisters white cliffs, and the river meanders of the Cuckmere valley.

Monk’s House

At Rodmell is Monk's House, the 16th century weather-boarded cottage that was home to Virginia and Leonard Woolf. Full of Bloomsbury treasures, the house reflects its owners and their guests including TS Eliot and EM Forster. The extensive cottage garden, created by Leonard, is gorgeous whatever the weather.
