This is a free course for voluntary organisations

The 2 hour course is delivered in a relaxed and informal style with no assessments.

The course is tailored to cover the emergencies that you may be more likely to come across such as:

Bleeding

Choking

Broken bones

Head injury

Heart attack

Stroke

Unconscious breathing

Unconscious not breathing.

This course is designed to increase knowledge and confidence with applying first aid skills in an emergency.
