This Saturday the staff at the Hastings Station held a cake sale and musical fundraiser in aid of St Michael’s Hospice.
The staff had been baking all week to produce a massive range of sweet and savory snacks. They also collected gifts to be entered into a Grand Tombola.
We has a visit from Sam the Violinist, the Victorian Carol singers, Santa and Magic Paul all who contributed to the Christmassy atmosphere.
Despite being an over time ban with limited trains the event still raised more than £1000.00.
