The wonderful SWR staff at Datchet station hosted a coffee morning on Tuesday 26th September in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. Passengers were invited to sample the delicious array of treats and donate to help people living with cancer. Macmillian raised £12 million through these events last year and this helps fund their amazing Macmillan nurses, answer calls on the Support Line, give financial support, and much more.
Two further Macmillian coffee mornings are taking place on Wednesday 27th September at Staines and Ashford railway stations. A huge thank you to all the station staff who always go the extra mile.
