Billingshurst railway station has a new visitor map as well as Visit Billingshurst brochures available to take away. The chairman of Billingshurst Community Partnership which is a station partner, came along to attend the recent WW1 Centenary Commemoration at the station and Line Officer, Rowena Tyler took the opportunity to take a photograph of her by the map.

Residents and visitors to Billingshurst will have seen a number of new wayfinder posts in the village, pointing the way to key sites and showing how long it will take to walk there.
The signs are designed to be dementia and age friendly.
Billingshurst Community Partnership was awarded a £12,500 grant from the EU LEADER Rural Development Fund to aid, promote and encourage tourism and visitors to Billingshurst, in line with the Community Led Plan 2015-20. The wayfinder posts were phase 1 of this project with the map being phase 2. A further phase will see the development of a tourism website.
