The Annual Review of activities and projects carried out by Southeast Communities Rail Partnership has been published.

Copies of the 2022 report can be downloaded here.

Tim Barkley, chair of Southeast Communities Rail Partnership, said:  “As with many organisations, 2022 was a challenging year for Community Rail as we recovered from the impact of Covid-19 but I hope you will see from the examples in our Annual Review that SCRP Community Interest Company was able to deliver a number of successful projects collaborating with community groups and partners.

“SCRP is continuing to build on the successes of last year and is again working with local community groups and partners on a range of projects and events. The interest in our education work continues to grow and the demand from schools for lessons on the environment and low carbon travel is now beginning to exceed our resources.”

He added: “I hope you enjoy reading the review and learning about the added value that Community Rail brings to train travel and local communities.”
