The proposed Wealden Line Extension summer walk via the Sussex Ouse Valley Way will be a maximum of 8 miles from Lewes to Isfield where as well as the Lavender Line’s Café there is the Flying Fish pub. The first two miles will shadow by road the route of the ‘Lucky-Lewes Horseshoe’ loop. Then four miles heading away from Lewes along the Sussex Ouse Valley Way to The Anchor Inn at Barcombe Mills. Then onto Isfield for the final two miles. Walkers are at liberty to pick and choose their start and finish points.
We are asking that you indicate which of the following Sundays in August you would prefer; 2nd, 9th, 16th or 23rd. The most popular date will then be chosen. A provisional start time will be 10:30am.
