I very much enjoyed organising a Try a Train trip for the Windsor 4th Cubs. We met at Windsor & Eton Riverside where I delivered a station and platform safety talk. We met station staff and the Cubs asked them about their jobs. We played a station based I Spy game and completed a railway safety quiz. We boarded the train to Datchet station and discussed good behaviour whilst on the train. The Cubs pointed out things they had learnt in the talk. I was so impressed with the Cubs interest and knowledge of the railway, their observations and interesting questions.
