A wonderful chance to take an early morning (7am to 9am approx.) walk on the Forest led by one of our voluntary Rangers, an experienced birdwatcher. The birds should be very active and vocal at this time. This is a chance to hear and see some unusual birds which it is hard to find easily in Sussex outside Ashdown Forest. Walk aimed at novices and non-birdwatchers.

Limited number of places so book early. There is a small charge of £2.50 per head. Binoculars will be helpful though not essential. Wear sturdy boots since some rough/uphill/downhill walking and country clothes please – no bright red/yellow/blue colours.

Sorry no dogs.

Weather-dependent – no walk if raining at the start of the walk.
