We were honoured that Lord Hendy, Rail Minister, beamed in to the meeting to present our 201st Blue Plaques to Mike Lamport in recognition of his contribution to making Railway 200 such a success. Special mention was made of Tim Sparrow’s MBE and Friends of Bishopstone Station for the King’s Award for Voluntary Service. The line officers and Education Teams have been very busy.
