UPDATE: the audio guide launch planned for 13 January has been postponed. Look out for updates from the museum for a new launch date.
Our station partner, the Brighton Toy and Model Museum, has announced that it will be launching an audio guide to bring to life the stories behind their exhibits.
The digital guided tours will, according to the museum, “bring the collection to life with fascinating stories, video and information”.
It is promising “an exciting audio-visual adventure telling the secret stories of a Golden Age in British toy-making”.
The launch date is Thursday 13 January.
On that day all visitors to the museum in Trafalgar Street underneath Brighton Railway station will be able to use the audio guide for free.
The museum has also announced that its next vintage train running day will be on Saturday 19 March 2022.
