Raising funds for ‘Sustain’ a series of organised walks have been arranged to form a walking festival in and around the town of Tonbridge, in Kent. They will feature glorious countryside, historic buildings, the town’s history, famous residents from the past and much more.

One of Community Rail’s keen supporters Vivian Branson will be leading her ever popular ‘Austen Family Footsteps’ walks on 11, 13, 14 and 16 September.
Tonbridge is easily accessible by both train and bus and as the town hosts many places to stop for refreshments why not leave the car at home and make a day of it?
