What a fantastic day at Staines Railway Station in the first of our Celebration Stations events in honour of King Charles III upcoming Coronation. The sun was shining, delicious catering supplied by Optalis and many community groups and supporters in attendance including Staines Rotary, Staines Business Improvement District, BUPA, Surrey Care Trust, Talking Trees, Riverbridge School and local Councillors. The event was held in a area that will soon be landscaped and used as a community garden for volunteers and youth groups who are keen to get planting, growing vegetables and flowers. Many thanks to all the outstanding station staff at Staines and South Western Railway for making this a fun and memorable day.
