There are two seed swaps coming up – and both are within easy reach of railway stations.
Seedy Saturday takes place at Lewes Town Hall on Saturday 5 February from 10am to 3pm.
The organisers say: “Bring your seeds for the Big Seed Swap plus stalls selling usual and unusual seeds and plants, seed potatoes, bird boxes, hot food and drinks, also community growing projects, children’s activities and much more…”
There are also two talks on the day.
Then the following day, Sunday 6 February, is Seedy Sunday in Brighton.
It will be at Brighton Open Market in Marshalls Row from 9am to 3pm.
The event is focusing on a community seed swap.
