Things to do

Wednesday 26th April was a fun-filled day at Ascot Railway Station. We hosted children from South Ascot Village School who were full of enthusiasm and imagination when it came to creating Coronation themed artworks, crowns and pottery.

Our partners Optalis were on hand to provide delicious lunch boxes which were eagerly consumed by our hungry young artists. Christine Bateson, Mayor of The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead came in support and tried various crowns to match her Chains of Office!

The children went back to school with gift bags, wearing their crowns and looking very regal indeed.

Thank you to South Western Railway and all the wonderful team at Ascot Railway Station for a truly lovely day.
