As part of an exciting new project promoting Community Rail, over the last week or two we have been working with the a professional photographer photographing and filming various locations on our lines. It was a great opportunity to see all that there is to offer through the eyes of a first time visitor and to stop taking such beautiful places for granted. The cricket ground at Leigh was absolutely heavenly in the sunshine today, the cottage gardens of the houses that surround it were in full bloom, Leigh is a lovely place to have a leisurely wander on a sunny afternoon.
