Appledore Station is getting ready for the summer. FOAST (FRIENDS OF APPLEDORE TRUST) have been busy making planters to go onto the station to help cheer up passengers on their evening and morning commute. FOAST has been active for just over a year and their chairman, Terry Blaney, is keen to hear from anyone who is interested in helping with projects which will improve the use and look of the station. It is not just planters and flowers group are involved in, they also have projects in hand which will further the use of the station, and bring the community together.
