Over one million rail tickets are on sale at up to 50% off as the government and rail industry holds the Great British Rail Sale.
The promotion runs up to 2 May 2022 with tickets sold in advance for travel between 25 April and 27 May 2022. It offers up to 50% off Advance or Off-Peak tickets on select routes on the National Rail network when booked online or at participating ticket offices.
For Great Northern, Thameslink and Southern, the promotion is available on a range of off-peak tickets on our services:
• For those travelling on Great Northern and Thameslink services, we’re offering 50% off the Off-Peak Day Return fare on selected journeys to London
• For those travelling on Southern services, we’re offering 50% off Southern Advance fares
