Bishopstone station is hosting an art exhibition as part of the Artwave Festival.
The foyer of the art deco station housed displays from three local artists last weekend. The exhibition is also on this coming weekend (Saturday 17 September and Sunday 18 September) from 11am to 4pm.
The event promotion says the art is “colourful, abstract and and illustrative works and mixed media pieces inspired by Seaford and the surrounding landscape”.
Artwave gives art lovers the chance to discover new work, meet artists and makers, and buy directly from them. There are trails around Lewes, Seaford, Newhaven & Peacehaven and the surrounding villages.
