Beautiful Tonbridge Castle became the venue of a recent outdoor joint project planning meeting between line officers at Southeast Communities Rail Partnership SCRP and Kent Community Rail Partnership KCRP.
SCRP Officers Sharon Gray (Tonbridge to Reigate) and Catherine Simmons (1066 Hastings to Tonbridge and Marshlink) and KCRP Officers Therese Hammond, Andy Place and Gary Outram (who together look after the Medway Valley Line, Swale Rail and Kent Downs Line https://kentcrp.org/) met to begin developing some joint ideas where the two community rail partnership lines meet together at both Tonbridge and Ashford.
This had been our first opportunity to meet in person and develop ideas ranging from Jane Austen walks to travel surveys. We very much look forward to working together in the future, watch this space!
